Before you message us
How fast will I get my CNC file?
Most 2D files are ready in 30 to 40 minutes after we confirm the size and details. Detailed 3D reliefs and 4 axis models take longer, and we tell you the time before we start.
Which file formats do you provide?
For fiber laser and plasma we send DXF, DWG, SVG or PDF. For wood router work we send DXF, DWG or EPS. For 3D, rotary and 4 axis designs we send STL or RLF. Ask if your software needs a different format.
Can you make a design in my exact size?
Yes. Send the width and height of your gate, door, panel or sheet. We scale the pattern and keep a safe distance between cuts so the sheet stays strong.
What should I send to get a custom design?
Send a photo, sketch or reference image, the final size, the material and its thickness, and your machine type. WhatsApp is the fastest way to share these.
