KS Designing Services prepares ready to cut CNC design files for workshops, fabricators and furniture makers. We design gates, grills, doors, stair railings, wall panels, jali screens and furniture parts for fiber laser, plasma, wood router, 3D, rotary and 4 axis machines.
Every file is drawn for the machine that will cut it. Laser files use closed paths with safe bridges between cuts. Router files are layered for pocketing and V carving. 3D models come with the relief depth set for your board.

How fast will I get my CNC file?
Most 2D files are ready in 30 to 40 minutes after we confirm the size and details. Detailed 3D reliefs and 4 axis models take longer, and we tell you the time before we start.
Which file formats do you provide?
For fiber laser and plasma we send DXF, DWG, SVG or PDF. For wood router work we send DXF, DWG or EPS. For 3D, rotary and 4 axis designs we send STL or RLF. Ask if your software needs a different format.
Can you make a design in my exact size?
Yes. Send the width and height of your gate, door, panel or sheet. We scale the pattern and keep a safe distance between cuts so the sheet stays strong.
What should I send to get a custom design?
Send a photo, sketch or reference image, the final size, the material and its thickness, and your machine type. WhatsApp is the fastest way to share these.
Do you work with clients outside Pakistan?
Yes. Files are delivered digitally, so we work with workshops and fabricators in any country.
Can you change an existing design from your gallery?
Yes. We can resize any design, change the border, add a name or monogram, or mix two patterns into one file.
